Apple has sold 3 Million iPads within 3 days of Launch

Apple has achieved a new record by selling their latest three million new ipads within just three days. The California based company launched the third edition of the iPad called ‘ipad3’ on Friday with new features including an improved display, better camera, faster processor and support for AT&T's and Verizon's fourth-generation LTE cellular networks.

Apple has announced yesterday that it has sold three million new iPads the same day that the company said it will put its nearly USD 100 billion cash reserves to use by beginning to pay a quarterly 2.65 dollar dividend and through a 10 billion dollar share buy-back program. During the conference call with investors to discuss Apple's plans for its cash stockpile, Apple's Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook said the company had a "record weekend" for its latest iPad but had not given the exact sales figures. Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing Philip Schiller disclosed the figures later in a statement. Schiller told that the new is a blockbuster with three million sold, the strongest iPad launch yet. The new iPad is already available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, UK and the US. Coming to Price of this new ipad, they are selling ipad between USD 499 and USD 829 dollars depending on models and configurations. After launching this latest ipad3, Apple has reduced the cost of iPad 2 which is now available at a price of between USD 399 and USD 529 dollars.

Reliance Launches 2012 CDMA tablet

Reliance has launched Latest CDMA 7-inch Tablet which runs on Android 2.3(Gingerbread). Reliance told that this CDMA tablet can support 22 circle of CDMA network over 1000 towns in the country. The device is price at Rs. 12,999. It has 512 MB RAM, supports micro SD card, weighs just 397 grams and 2MP rear camera. But its design is same as old device that Reliance launched last year.

Actually the last few months tablet market rate had changed; such as price cut of blackberry playbook, the basic model is selling for Rs. 15,000 at online stores. Reliance is the only company that introduces the country’s first CDMA tab. After that reliance modifies its configuration and launches its new tab. It is another step to carry forward our mission of wire-free India. 

Reliance told that the new tablet is pre-loaded with fifteen famous applications to provide information such as browsing, navigation maps and search, communication services ( email, blog, SMS, and MMS), entertainment services (music, video, and games), and social networking services ( Facebook ,twitter). Additionally, access to thousands of applications is provided through the Android Market.

APPLE Launches next generation TV

Apple launches its next generation television. It is almost same as older Apple TV that was just retired other than a few bumps in specifications. The main update of this latest Apple TV is that now supports 1080p full HD content rather than old Apple TV 720p. Apple has also updated all applications and now streams 1080p content to the Apple TV if desired. Its price is same at £99 for the unit and it comes with a remote control and the device as well as power leads. Apple also updates other specification that includes Genius helps you decide what to watch as well as a few other tweaks to the user interface to make it more friendly.

Samsung’s Latest Flexible display mobiles

Samsung is inventing New Flexible OLED displays for mobile and it will launch by this year. Samsung’s Assistant president said that the Flexible mobile display will be commercialized within this year.

Even though the dream of flexible screens has been a pull-out panel that can suit both a big screening area and a tiny device size, there are also potential implementations in devices that have twirl panels or touch screens that warp to suit the shape of a device.

Samsung has already experienced with bent screens called Contour Display technology on Galaxy Nexus. It slight bends to the lower part of the screen. So invention of new flexible screen is not tough work for Samsung.

 Apple and Microsoft is the major enemy to Google, which has the famous Smartphone OS called Android. But Google doesn’t has a strong presence in Computer OS. Apple’s next version of Computer OS is Mountain Lion. Previously, it has added several features in mobile-only. They modify the Mac's iChat software to be called Messages and made it work with the iMessage texting software in iPads and iPhones. Mountain Lion, which is due out this summer, includes Notification Center, a mobile feature that consolidates the cacophony of incoming email messages, chat messages and online friend requests into a single window pane.

Samsung is the one of the leading mobile manufacturer in the mobile market. They have launched many smartphones and notebooks in Mobile World Congress(MWC) to prove its position as the number one Android device maker. Comparing to another leading mobile manufacturer HTC and Huawei, Samsung only first announced the Galaxy Beam, a 4in smartphone. It has a built-in lumen LED projector. It is very useful to display the images, videos and text to visible in 50in size. It has the OS of Android 2.3 Gingerbread rather than Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has dual-core 1GHz processor and 5MP camera.

It has two cameras facing front and back. The front camera has 2 Mega pixels and back camera has 3 Mega pixels and it’s weight is 583 gram.
